AT&T Easy Activation

SOLUTION
In order to facilitate device activations for existing and future AT&T customers an “easy activate" experience will be created for the user. This experience will streamline activation allowing existing users to add their device to existing plans and new users to create a new account and plan.
I created deliverables involving user flows, user journeys, wireframes, design and prototypes. In the process, I had to account for various types of device activations - Replacement, New, BYOD, Prepaid, Tablet and Wearable. I worked in different capacities on an agile team at various stages throughout the life cycle of the project. The flow was built responsively on AT&T.com and natively on iOS and Android platforms.
